A brief introduction before I get serious here. My name's Dylan, and I am a student at the University of Calgary. I've been taking Japanese at my university for about 3 months now. Aside from this post, I will try my best to write every post in Japanese from now on.
I've set up here simply to keep a record of my (future) personal blogs. I am not looking to mingle nor to make friends (can you do that on here?) but only to focus and improve on my writing styles in Japanese, such as grammar and vocabulary. If you like what you see and curious about me, I do have Facebook and I do use it quite often. (my page link is somewhere on this blog)
My first few posts, along with most that follows will be written in very broken Japanese. Followers, bare with it. As time progresses I will be learning new vocabulary, as well as new grammar points. That goes with saying that I will be using English words to replace the Japanese words that I do not know.
My goal for the next year(?) is to increase my ability with writing in Japanese. I have set a personal goal to post at the very least, two times a week and I am looking forward to seeing myself improve.
